wquinn Pillar of the Community United States 2295 Posts	Posted 01/10/2012 1:02 pm It is either corrosion or dirt under the right hand side of the Memorial. There is also some more of the same, in between the letters above the Memorial. If it is dirt, a gentle use of a toothpick can clean it off safely.
