Does anybody need to worry about anything here?

I've been on this site for a year and haven't had a problem with either my desktop or my lappy

This is not really a question about one's experience on the site but rather if there is a legitimate attempt to undermine the health of it, and it is directed to people who could do something about it.

Why not just pm Mom or Dad and let them know. I am certain that they will have the resources or know someone that knows how to deal with malicious spam.
Bit of a sideways compliment really, undermine the site because it is TOO GOOD.

Sounds like it might have been a nasty advertisement that slipped through.

Given that anti-malware software can, at best, be reactive rather than proactive - you can't know the threat until you've first seen the threat - one must understand that effective software will occasionally offer false positives, or overreact to sites which do benign things using a pattern similar to those which deserve to be on the radar.

I can't characterize this specific reaction. Heck, I get certificate authenticity warnings frequently when uploading pics to coincommunity.org. But I can say, unequivocally and with certainty, that Bobby ain't going to deliberately expose you to risk, and he's more than sharp enough to find and curbstomp any malware which might find its' way into our system. It's far more likely that your monitoring software found a pattern, rather than a reality, that it disliked and appropriately warned you first.

With that said, my stuff gave me the same warning as yours did. Bobby needs to know this - it's something he might not have seen yet - and I'm going to inform him with alacrity.

Checked this site, it's fine. It was a rogue ad that Google has already stopped on it's own, but I added it to the blocked list anyway. Sorry for the scare.
