Not as drastic as some I've run across, but today's error, so far.

I don't see a tilted collar strike. It looks like the collar was in full contact with the edge. All I see is some die misalignment but not quite enough to consider it an error. That is why you have the appeareance of a double rim on the left side of the obverse.
