Look at how the stars enter the centre, would this be considered as an error. Or is it to marginal?

I don't think it's off enough to be an error.

I have one exactly like that, also from the same year. Is it worth anything or should it just keep circulating?

Fot what is worth, I consider this an error and would happily include it in my error euro collection. Check also the edge inscription (towers and castles for Portugal coins). Is the inscription centered? Or more like this:

As for worth ... There's not much of an market for euro error coins. At least none that I know of. I would keep it nontheless.
I bought the coin above for about 17€ in UNC.

Forget it, I've now noticed that most of the Portuguese 2€ coins from 2002 are like in the original post, a bit off-center, some more, others less. Even if it's in error, it's so common that it must be worthless. If I were to keep all those coins I would have so many...
