Wert, all the commemorative nickels that year feature the high relief obverse.

Where the difference between high and low comes into play is on the twelve sided steel nickels.

Isn't this nickel 12 sided...?...I mean I am not an expert, I really are having a hard time with this one.

Oh wait a minute, it is for beavers only, correct...?

12 sided steel... Chromium plated over nickel plated steel. I should have just left out the 12 sided comment as they were both 12 sided this year (the nickel commemorative and the steel plated beaver normal circulating).

The chromium plated beaver is the one you want to search for the mule version.

Wert, that same thing happened to me some time ago. Watch for the half moon on the comm's. I have one that is borderline full, but those are quite common.
