What attracted me to this coin is the fact that it's the first commemorative to have the "In God We Trust" motto.

So, I'm now the proud owner of this great piece of history behind it also.

What grade do you think it would qualify for?

I am also going to buy one of this soon, image on the reverse is more blurry than obverse.

I would grade this one XF 40 or 45 without clear images.

It seems to have more detail than my VF 35, I really like the design.

Nice coin ... and indeed a great piece of USA coinage history.

I'm going with XF40 or so ... the obverse rim damage is a bit distracting ... but not unexpected given what this coin has likely seen in 97 years of life.

Thanks for sharing a great coin.

David

Hey there, thanks for your comments. Trying to learn how to grade myself now, and I was leaning towards an EF. I am excited to have it and pass down.
