I find this auction on ebay, and the sellor mentions that "The legs of the Hicker are filled by at least 75%." I also find 2 of my park loonies have the filled leg. Is this mint error? Tks.

Thanks all. My understanding is that it is an error coin, but the error is so minor and no additional value on this simple die chip. Is it correct?

IMHO I don't think there would be much if any of a premium.

Out of the 15 I got from the mint 13 have this die chip, 2 are normal, one out of pocket no problem.

That's quite a lot. I checked my 25 from the mint. There are 2 with this die chip and the other 23 are normal.
