Colombia-1973-20-Centavos

Came across this Colombiam 1973 20 centavos. The closeup shows the date image. As you can seen it is pretty mushy towards the right and 2 light 3s are seen to the right of the date.

Any ideas or comments?

Modern Colombia coins have some of the most wildly repunched dates I've seen.
I wouldn't be surprised if there were numerous digits there, only partially removed from the die.
I guess I've posted a bunch of them already to this forum.
