So many things you could do with those.
1. Place in little zip lock bags and put on ebay as 100 Lincoln Cents UNSEARCHED. Naturally after you looked through them all.
2. Send them all to me free and I'll pay postage.
3. Take to any coin shop and and get about $0.03 each. Again, after you looked through them all. Tell person at coin store "I know nothing about coins but want to sell these for 3 cents each"
4. Send all to me free and I'll pay postage and even say thank you.
5. Pass them out for Holoween instead of candy. Safer for kids teeth.
6. Go out and buy a blast furnace and melt them all down. Use the Copper to make counterfeited Copper plates. Sell on ebay as Copper plates.
7. Find a real busy street and place many of them right in the middle during rush hour.
See it's all easy if you think about it.

You should go through them. If they are all 40's and 50's then you've got a common bag. if there a bunch of the ones older than that - then you can usually sell those for a bit more - if you go to either ebay or to a dealer that specializes in them.
