I have about 45 AU-55 1970-S memorial cents and I was wondering what they are worth, due to the fact I collect classic US coins and not modern ones, I have no idea what they are worth

Have you determined if they are the large date or small date variety?

Yes...there is a significant difference in value between the 70S Small date and 70S Large Date

If they are all AU-55 I would guess if you had some Small Dates they are some where around $40-ish and Large Dates are worth probably $.30...

One small date is really good! It's worth more than the rest put together.

Pictures would help to verify a small date. They're tuff for many people to ID. Many of the SDs listed on ebay are actually LDs.

Tell me about it, Numismo. That's the only thing that's got me hording any 1970 S that I get until I get the time and a loupe for a closer examination to see if one of them is the SD.

Easy solution. Just send them all to me. I'll look them over and let you know what you HAD.
