Is This An Error 1896 Morgan Dollar ?

is this an error 1896 Morgan dollar? because the reverse side is different then that of other Morgan dollars.

No, it's just a fantasy "Morgan Style" medallion. It doesn't indicate on the reverse that it's silver (like your other "coin"), so it probably isn't.

I've seen that reverse on 1 oz rounds, but never with a Morgan obverse. Could it be a magician's piece?

I don't think it has silver because there are no silver content markings on the thing.
