This 1932 S Washington quarter graded F12 condition by ANACS still in an older holder that has Obverse/Heads side top at 12 Noon position, but reverse turned top up has rotation to about 11 O'Clock. Nothing is stated on ANACS older holder about reverse rotation, 1932-S 25c F12 on label. is this rotation normal or rare for a 1932 S Washington quarter?

That's not a great deal off and within the normal limits. that said, anytime you get a key or sem-key date that has an anomaly like this, you should be take extra care to insure that the coin is real.

it is real, right?
it's in ANACS older holder and has 1932-S 25c F12 on ANACS label with bar code.
That's why I got this one, because of fake S mint added on raw coins.
Rest in Peace

I wouldn't say rare, but at least not normal.

Prolly before ANACS added such info unless requested.
