So what do you think is a fair price for this coin?

Composition: .999 Pure Silver
Weight: One Troy half-pound
Condition: Proof
Diameter: 3.5 inches
Design:(obverse) JFK Portrait (reverse) Presidential Coat of Arms
There is a COA that goes with it.
Coin is protected in hard round plastic container.

This is actually a silver bullion round and not a coin. 6 troy ounces at $32/oz would put it at $192 melt. $200 would be a fair price IMHO.
