Anyone know what this is supposed to be? I assume it's a replica, but of what, exactly? Thanks in advance.

I don't recognize the coin, but the mintmark reflects it was minted at Siscia, modern day Sisca, Croatia. I am unsure of its authenticity as well. If it's suppose to be Roman, it just doesn't look right.

The relief on the portrait looks too simplistic, like a tourist copy. I think I see see casting bubbles too.

I believe your coin is Helena the mother of Constantine the Great, she died in 329 AD. The ASIS is the mint mark for Sicsia. The coin is badly worn and pitted but I believe it's genuine.

I believe the legend is, obverse: FL HELENA AVGVSTA, reverse: SECVRITAS REIPVBLICE. It could be RIC VII Siscia 218 or a variation of.

FLAV MAX - FAVSTA AVG - mantled bust right.
SPES REI-PVBLICAE - Empress or Spes standing facing, looking left, head veiled, holding two children in her arms (perhaps Constantine and Constantius II).

DeltaSIS - Minted in Siscia 324-325AD in workshop no 4.
RIC VII Siscia 188 - Quite a rare coin rated in RIC as R5.

The condition isn't great but good enough to be fully attributed. Here is another similar example (slightly different mintmark):

Thanks, everyone. I had assumed it was fake but now I'll have to have it checked out. Any idea what it's worth if real?
