I'm constantly struggling with grading, but just as I think I'm improving; a coin like this comes along.
25-Centimes-France-1905
Looking at the wear on the reverse, particularly the verticals on the Fasces, I'd say F. The obverse looks better. I'd welcome some advice.

These coins are very hard to find in high grades, while they are quite common in circulated.

I would also grade it as good fine.
A good hint are also the hair on the forehead.
