Just wondering what this is? It has the worst image of Queen Victoria I have ever seen. It's about the size of a dime.

I've seen worse. Although her ponytail looks like she needs some Rogaine.

I believe those kind of tokens/jetons were quite popular in 1800's. They used them for all sorts of counting and/or advertising.
Interesting detail - a star of David in the upper right quarter of the shield - I haven't seen one of these. That could be a clue to the piece's origin.
