This one has a grade on the holder. See if you can match or come close to that grade.

If all of that scratching is on the holder, I'd go MS63 (no FBL). If the scratches are on the coin I'd go MS60. Just my humble opinion.

I agree with mad, hopefully all of that isn't on the coin. If it is I would even have to take it out of the mint state range based solely on those. If not on the coin I would give this one MS-62. I can't see the back very well because of glare and can't tell if pass and stow are there or if the lines are full on the bell. Obverse again has a what appears to be a weak strike. Again, in hand, out of the holder, it could be a different story.
