Hi I'd like to show this one, diameter 30mm,16.60g.
Justinian I. AE follis. 527-565 AD, Constantinople. DN IVSTINIANVS PP AVG, pearl diademed, draped, cuirassed bust right / Large M. star to left, cross above, cross right, officina letter below, mintmark CON
In this case (I think) I can say this is a byzantine coin in high grade preservation,I like also it's green patina on both sides, look how we can clearly see justinian face with hair, eye mouth, ear, nose and his dresses with folds
once a Byzantine coin detailed almost like Roman, isn't it?

That is a nice coin. I may collect Byzantine coins in the future, perhaps.

If you could, it would be easier for us to see if you posted the images in the post instead of links.

I was going to suggest the same thing.
All you need to do is right-click the photo and select "copy image location", or the equivalent in Italian.
Paste the URL code, and then add these tags in the beginning and end, like so, removing the asterisks (*):

The result is:

Very nice pickup giano!
To embed your photos into a post, get the URL of your image (when on the links above, right-click on your image and select "copy image location" to get the URL), then when making a post, click on thisAnother-Justinian-I-Follis-Well-Preserved
Put the URL in between the tags, and you will get the images in your post.

I think you used the URLS you posted initially, which is causing the broken image.
So, what you need to do is go to those pages, then right-click each picture to get the actual image code, which will end with the .jpg suffix. Then add the image tags I mentioned above, and everything should work. Also, make sure there is no space or "hard return" between the tags and image URL. That breaks images too.

You have to go into your page first. The image icon only works when it has the direct link of the image, not of the page with the image on it. The URL's you should get should have ".jpg" at the end of them.

Another way to get the URL's is to left click the image, and hold down, don't let go of the button. While you still have the button pressed down, a black circle with a line in it should appear when you move the mouse. Drag it to the address bar and it will turn into a gray box. Let go of the button. The page should just have the image and the correct URL is now in the address bar. Do this for both images.

Use BBC code on this site, it does not accept HTML code. You first need to get the URL of the image by right clicking on it and then going to image properties, it's different per browser.

Another-Justinian-I-Follis-Well-Preserved

Just place the image URL between IMG tags.

Here is the tutorial for it on this site. Forum FAQ.

Trust me, it's easy once you get the hang of it. I'd show you the code for it here, but there is no function to show the code, or it's not working right.

It's certainly a nice coin and a large one too. I don't own any right now, but plan on it in the future.

The obverse has more of a late Roman style to it, I think. The portrait facing right. Although, a lot of Byzantine coins have facing portraits on the obverse. From what I saw, anyways.

The bust is a little more well-preserved than others of this type I've seen, including the one I own.
