Willow19 New Member United Kingdom 3 Posts	Posted 01/26/2012 10:50 am Hi there, I have a few old coins which I keep for no reason in particular, most of which are easily identifiable, but this one had me stumped for a while. After an hour or so on Google, I managed to identify it, but I've only seen one with the same date on as mine - 1937 the others have a V in the place where mine has a 7, which is 1938 I think. Anyway, I'm just wondering if anyone knows if it's worth anything at all? I'm not a coin collector who knows about coins, I just enjoy having a few lying around as I find it interesting - but as I say, know nothing about them. But right now we're selling anything we can as we are saving for a house (we live with people who argue a lot and we can't take it any more!)...so basically, just wanted to know it's value. I would check ebay completed listing and see if any have sold recently or are selling currently as CV is not necessarily what the current market value is. Report this Post to the Staff
