The prices for the 1937 notes sound Ok, but I can get 1967 notes (1867-1967 in place of serial number) UNC for $2.00.
$9.00 is even high for notes with serial numbers. Notes with Serial numbers and asterisks are about $25

the 1937's are certainly good enough deals ... the Charlton Catalogue (2012 EDITION)

1937 $1 VF (depending upon the serial numbers, it ranges from $15-$700 ... $20 being an average)

1937 $20 VF (depending upon the serial numbers, it ranges from $45-$300 ... $55 being an average)

... GOOD LUCK
