Im trying to find a FR note from a city where I live, but the hard thing is that I cant find any kind of note on the web.IS there some kind of list of all the Federal Reserves?

And if anyone knows of any notes from Nassau NY please tell!

they dont make currency notes every where, there is one in NY city, and there is another federal reserve in buffalo NY, the currency notes in new york are made at the new york city one

the federal reserve banks are: A Boston, B New York, C Philadelphia, D Cleveland, E Richmond, F Atlanta, G Chicago, H St. Louis, I Minneapolis, J Kansas City, K Dallas, L San Francisco

Are you talking about National Bank Notes? That is the only time I remember seeing the small town with their own currency. Good examples are on Heritage under their currency section. Scroll down and you will see listings by states. I didn't see any for Nassau at this time, but maybe a google search will turn something up. I have yet to see any of my towns from PA that I have on Heritage.

There is another thread called "old notes and their locations" that I started a while back. I got some replies from Sellitstore and he included the publications that he was getting his info from.

It sounds like national Bank Notes or when they were transitioning to federal Reserve Bank Notes Dated 1929 with the Brown Seal the used the same Plates that made the NAtional Bank notes but w Some Signature Changes different from the National Bank notes

Have you found out any new info
