Good Evening,

While updating my profile (I have been gone for quite some time) I noticed a button that said view uploaded photos so I clicked it and there were all the photos I have ever uploaded in posts. My question is can that folder be edited, i.e. all the old photos removed?

Thanks,
Rich

Nope. If they get removed then the old topics they are in are rendered pretty much worthless.

Does a limit exist on how much is allowed to be uploaded or do I not have to worry about that and just keep moving forward as normal?

There's no limit per member that I'm aware of. Just keep filling it up, and let Bobby worry about acquiring more server space.

We encourage people to upload pictures to CCF rather than link to off-site photo hosting, because the off-site hosted photos are far more likely to go extinct than the ones downloaded here. Occasionally old files do get deleted when a major problem or upgrade occurs with the site database (some of my really old threads have uploaded pics which no longer appear) but old threads lose their value when the pictures become dead links, so we try to keep that to a minimum.
