I FOUND THIS DIME, IT IS MORE GOLD COLORED THAN SILVER. THE DATE IS A 2010 AND IS TINTED ON BOTH SIDES. IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IT IS GOLD PLATED, IF SOMEONE KNOWS I WOULD LIKE TO MORE WHY IT IS THIS WAY. THANKS

Weigh it, if it's different in weight, it could be a different metal. Otherwise, it's simply plated.

Exposure to heat can cause that sort of discoloration.
