Thanks to you guys, I now know that it's a China, Empire, Fukien Province, 2 cash, dated 1906. Listed in the Krause catalogue as KM/Y# 8f. But now, I'm curious about its grade and value $$$, I saw one on ebay selling for a whooping 600 dollars in a PCGS capsule. Here are some photos:
Thank you so much, I really appreciate all your help!

What grade was the $600 one selling for?

It looks like it would grade around XF. It has some black marks on it too.

The $600 one was in MS-64 condition, I believe in a sealed capsule. Hmmm, I wonder how much an Xtra Fine would be worth. Thanks for helping me grade it :)
