The coin is rather damaged, at least I suspect it's PMD.
But I noticed the date is a bit strange, especially the 5 & 4. Maybe it is an overdate?

I saw some other examples, and I read somewhere that there are varietys of the 4 ? A Plain 4 & A Crosslet 4 (which is in my case)

Half-Penny,-1854---Great-Brittain-Strange-4,-Overdate-?

My Coin with crosslet 4:
Half-Penny,-1854---Great-Brittain-Strange-4,-Overdate-?
Half-Penny,-1854---Great-Brittain-Strange-4,-Overdate-?
Half-Penny,-1854---Great-Brittain-Strange-4,-Overdate-?

Example of plain 4:
Half-Penny,-1854---Great-Brittain-Strange-4,-Overdate-?
