It's from a larger run (3.2 million) but it's in great condition so I'd keep it! It's only a dollar anyway

Three leading zeros and a star for $1? I'd keep it any day!

I have to agree with the others. It is from a larger run but it is in good condition. It is a keeper and maybe the start of your district collection. In 2006 only 7 of the 12 districts produced star notes. You have one of them, only six more to go. Good collecting. Derek

Even though it's not a low SN I would keep it. If this is your first star note find it makes for a good start to a collection. John1

This site says only 640k were printed, so far up to August 2011. Where are you getting your numbers from? http://www.uspapermoney.info/serials/f2009_s.htmlAnd that note is far from good condition. It is near CU, if not CU. Definitely a keeper. Great find!

@wquinn
It is hard to see the series on this note but by looking at the signatures I determined it was a G* from the 2006 series. According to the site you referenced it is from a run of 3,200,000.
I do agree with you it is in almost CHU condition and is a keeper.
