I found this in a bank that I work at. It has no traces of copper and I was wondering what it is and what it is worth. It is not S mint but is all silver in color, thanks!

Its a plated quarter. Lots of aftermarket companies sold these. Could be plated with silver or platinum. No added value. This will weigh slightly more than 5.67g. Oh and Welcome!

No. Srry not an error. We see these here frequently. Unfortunately people who bought these are starting to realize they are only worth face value. They then get released into the wild where inquisitive folks like yourself find them.

Yeah thank you, I thought it was an odd coin, so just pretty much 25 cents and nothing more. I'm thankful I find loads of silver in my job! :) Your knowledge is much appreciated.
