went out yesturday in the cold and had some groty Roman coins and a nice Victoria 1882 farthing minted in Birmingham by Ralph Heaton and Son it has a small H under the date

finder: Went out in the cold, eh? As I write this, 9PM evening 22 deg.C.

There is little or no wear on the farthing.
I would describe it's condition as grotty green, details. (no wear!)

The Constantine AE4 ain't too bad, either! Condition: EF, mint lustre. (may be wrong about the lustre!) Nice coin, actually.

My antecedents came from the Birmingham area.
