are there two different coins listed?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...250983873390

the first obverse picture seems to have stark differences between the second obverse picture.

ie. toning around the motto, and LIBERTY seems to be two different fonts

is it just me?

I think he may have uploaded the second obverse by mistake. I just giving the seller the benefit if the doubt.

Lighting is at different angles, but here's a nick in the rim at 8 o'clock by the IN that isn't in the second obverse photo.

Those two photos sure do look different. The fields on the first one are much nicer than on the second. You would have to ask the seller which one is it.
Rest in Peace

Two black dots and an eyebrow nick are replaced by a milk spot between in and god.

Still a boggin if you think they're 64+

seller cleared things up with me yesterday

here is what the seller had to say:

"Hello, I hope all is well with you.
You have a good eye that's for sure. As the listing states I did have two of these halfs for sale and now I have only one. Originaly I had 6 FBL plus the last two are somewhat weaker strike, but with my glass I can see all the BL and very tiny scratches on Ben's cheek. When I offer multiple coins from a roll I try to take a couple representative photos. Usually in a roll I take out the dingy ones and offer the best 5-6 that are similar. I can email you photos or make you a better deal as it is my last one, with full return privliges of course. ($25 w/Free shipping is the best I can do.) Let me know. Regards, Ken"

i hope it is none of you guys..
