Thanks for all the compliments! This is one series where I just started out with a type example, then I had to have another, then another, the maybe a 1830's set, then a full date set, you know how it goes. Finding these unmessed with is a challenge, especially on the earlier dates. The 1807 (50/20 variety) was a recent purchase, took years to snag a crusty example.

Very nice!

I do like the Capped Bust half dollars. I only have one (in my 7070). It is a series I have considered taking on once I have finished what I have already started.

I cannot believe the beauty of those coins. I just bought my first(1834) and I'm telling you looking at those I am going to be a little more picky and find a real nice one, even if my wife yells at me for spending too much money. Oh yea, she does that any way.
