Help Identify This Ancient Coin - Greek?

echizento Moderator United States 23731 Posts	Posted 02/08/2012 6:14 pm , to the community There isn't enough detail to be able to say for sure, but I think it might be a Roman Provincial. It has two interesting counter marks on the obverse that might help to ID it. Report this Post to the Staff

Unfortunately, there is nothing I see on the reverse to help me (photo may be upside down). The coin is thick. Weight 10.3gr and measures approx. 27mm. Report this Post to the Staff
