Even though the link you posted does not work, if you have Google'd "Bicentennial American Revolution Medal" you can see many prices - just as I did when I Google'd it too, as below:

Apparently, about $20 or less.

The problem is there are a ton of different medals out there for the American bicentennial and we have no idea which one he has. While most of them are of little value, some are expensive.

yeah we would need actual pictures of the coin you have to know what variation you have. The link just takes you to google and we have no idea which one you are trying to show us you have, so if you could snap a picture of your coin it would be much better than one that it looks like especially when asking a value because condition is everything when it comes to the value of a coin. The same design may vary by thousands of dollars in different condition so there is no way to give even a close value without at least seeing pictures of your coin, not one that looks like it
