Only those who do the dumping of large amounts of paper silver and gold know for sure when this will be done or when it will end.
Although it is clear that the gold and silver markets are being manipulated, that various governments are colluding with these operations to support their fiat paper currencies, that massive leverage is used in the paper bullion markets, and that those involved have the financial resources to continue doing this for an extended period of time. The good news is that suppressing the PM prices is nothing but good for PM buyers, especially those of us who can't afford to buy a lot of PMs at the prices they should now have and would have without all these manipulations. So, while I object to these activities for various reasons, my being able to buy more PMs at lower prices is not one of them!
