H - Birmingham Ltd. 1890, 1898, 1900
W - Winnipeg Mint

So the Royal Canadian Mint Logo can come from either mints?

C mint marks are on Newfoundland coinage struck in Ottawa except for the 1940 and 1942 cent pieces.
Canadian sovereigns are also marked with a C
