this is definitely a unusual error...
have no idea what year it is and
have no idea about its value.
the reverse is completely blank

If I were to guess...a planchet was stuck to the reverse die, another coin entered the striking chamber, and could not be completely enclosed by the collar, so it spread out upon strike? I don't know what this would be called--brockage? Whatever it's called, it's an interesting error!

Baanos, you may ask... It arrived yesterday after I purchased it in Europe from a dealer.
But.. if you are a fisherman and catch a big Salmon or halibut....So I ask you where did you catch it.....
I am sure your answer would be: in the ocean... or out there....or somerthing like that...

DV collector... something along thaT WAY is what my thinking is.. Am not sure about Brockage... I believe brockage would be if the other side comes through in mirror...
the reverse side is BLANK, as blank can be....

It looks like a railroad rim caused by another planchet in the chamber. Also some stuff looks like PMD.

Biggfredd
suggest you have another look..
and then perhaps you would want to try justify your PMD suggestion...
