I understand the small date 1982-p LMC zinc is better than the 1982 copper. What is this one valued at.

Small date zinc is the "scarcest" of the 1982 varieties, but I don't think they carry a significant premium unless they're uncirculated. It's estimated to be about 5-10% of the total Philly mintage for the year, which is still about 500,000,000-1,000,000,000 made. Even with zinc rot, there are tens or hundreds of millions of these out there today.

It seems like rolls of red uncirculated 1982-P small date zinc go for about $50-$60 on ebay.

Look at the back of the coin of that year for the DDR of that year.
