I found this dime with different set's of beads... Is this normal? And the year is (1981)

It's normal.What you call "straight beads" are denticles.What you call"circle beads" are refered to simply as beads.
Before 1965 10cents had denticles both sides,from '65-'92 they had denticles on the reverse and beads on the obverse,from '93 on it's beads both sides.
