Found this one with what appears to be a split upper serif. Any ideas on which rpm it could be? I know it looks pretty minor, but it's a nice 64 or 65 RD.

Looks like it could be a split.Have you narrowed it down to any from CC's site?

No, not yet. Thought someone more familiar with the 13 pages (or something like that) might be able to offer some suggestions.

This could be an EDS of 1MM-031

Mintmark is close to the date like this one is and I see a hint of the die marker on the steps of the memorial near the initials. I do not see the marks by the hairline, tho.
