1935c Star Note $1 Silver Certificate Off-Center?

mct New Member Canada 11 Posts	Posted 02/28/2012 7:46 pm Hi: I was wondering if you could tell me anything about this bill I received from my local bank. It looks like it is slightly off center on the back and it is a star note. It isn't in very good condition. I was wondering what a realistic value on it would be.
