http://www.ebay.com/itm/120865936672 $7.97, slobbed PF68

http://www.ebay.com/itm/320838993075 $30.90, Canadian seller, "Celctic", no mention of silver in title, PF instead of proof

Are these two different coins, or did the first seller take a big whack?

There's a picture with a COA, but one can also see the difference in color of coins.

I think the PF in the title of the second coin could well refer to "piedfort"
