As an added irony, I think the mint should have used "Selective Copper Plating" on the penny instead of the 'pink gold'.

The RCM has been busy of late handling/processing orders for its new Titanic and Queen's Diamond Jubilee coins -- multiple quick sell-outs suggests a strong, steady volume of orders being placed over the past couple of weeks. I'd be patient and give it another week -- if no change in status by then, give them a call and ask an RCM representative for an update. Collecting history one coin or medal at a time! (c) commems. I think at this point you'd feel better if you called the Mint and got an update directly from one of their representatives. So, give 'em a call!

I am very pleased with my 2012 fine silver proof set, but the price is steep. Tough to say whats going to happen in 2013.I will have to see which direction my collection is heading and what the mint rolls out next year. The case is pretty amazing, the genuine leather stamp on it is a very nice touch.

I agree. Personally I think the set will rise in price with no problem. The dollar is reaching $100 and the penny not sure what they are selling for. And also this is the first set I'm pretty sure that the penny is silver.

It is amazing. I have pics in the main Canadian forum. But the pennie is the best of the bunch. And the dollar looks great! all the coins do!
