Another unknown. Maybe Spanish?

It is copper, measures 15.6x10.1mm, 0.5mm thick, and weighs 0.39 grams. It is scyphate (cup-shaped). The obverse may have the Spanish-like arms (lion in the top left and bottom right quadrants and a primitive fleur-de-lis in the upper right snd lower left quandrants) (unless my eyes are imaging the details).
