Hi y'all, I bought this as a child back in the early 90s flea market. Does anybody know what company produced it?

There is no writing on the rim.

might be a golden state mint round. I have one with the same words exactly on both the obverse and reverse, just different designs, and the dealer I bought it off of is guessing golden state mint. However, I also have golden state mint rounds that clearly have the mint's name marked on the round....
