I'm glad ebay removed the auction. And you know it'll turn up again somewhere.

I did a search for seller on predator and it didn't find anything. Is this a new seller or something?

The first listing pictured is an "1877" with a "bold N" reverse. The date is nearly unreadable.
Perhaps the seller will claim it's a "distressed proof", but there's no benefit of doubt here--get it authenticated. The second may be corroded--or just cast and patina applied--the same rule applies here.
