It is a City Commemorative struck between 337-340AD to commemorate the new capital Constantinople. I am not sure on your mint mark, my eyes aren't young anymore

Here is an example from the Alexandria mint so you can see what the coin generally looks like in better shape.

Regards,

-Kurt

I'm not so sure this is a city commemorative. The bust is facing and looks to be holding a cross in the right hand. The reverse is a victory advancing left. I will look to see if I can find this.

Don't bother yourself, JW. I think this is my fault.

I named my next set of pictures the same as this one, and I think the forum software somehow swapped in the new picture here, at least for the first image.

I won't make that mistake again. :)

the top one is a byzantine(almost looks like a maurice tiberius) and the bottom picture is the attributed roman commemorative.

Correct. As it says at the top of the dialogue box that pops up when you click on the little green camera icon:

Important Note: Files with the same name uploaded on the same day will overwrite the previous file without any further warning.

We had to make it do that, because we found that some newbies who weren't quite getting the whole image-posting thing were downloading dozens of identical copies of the same picture, again and again, as they experimented. It filled up the forum's image disk space much faster than it should have.

So use different filenames, people.

Two different coins. The first one is Byzantine and looks like Phocas to me. His face is unmistakeable.

I agree. First is Byzantine no doubt.
