L SEPTIMIVS GETA CAES, bare-headed, draped bust right / SPEI PERPETVAE, Spes standing left, holding flower and raising hem of robe. This coin is a bit tougher, but I think the reverse is Aequitas and the legend should read something like: Antoninus Pius AR Denarius, RIC 61, RSC 14, BMC 173 Antoninus Pius Denarius.
