Based on the Obverse I would say an F-12, but the reverse is a little better than that.

I have to say VG8 on this one. The curls and clasp show a lot of wear with only portions of the clasp faintly visible. The reverse alone could grade at F12, so if you wanted to "net grade" it, I could see VG10.
