For those interested in the Red Book, I just received an email from Wizard coin supply company that they are taking preorders of the 2013 Red Book for half prices. There messages said no limit so even dealers could order them. And that was for all versions such as the hard cover, ringed version, etc.
I usually get mine at coin shows but never that cheap.

Its too bad that they charge over $26 for shipping to Canada, I would have ordered a copy.

There is always a solution to every problem.
1. Move to the USA
2. Find someone in the USA to buy them for you and drive to their home to pick them up.
3. Find a member here and have them buy them for you and invite them over for dinner. Make sure they bring the Red Books with them.
4. Find a member that lives near the border, have them buy them for you. Next hire those individuals that smuggle drugs over from Mexico all the time, have them smuggle your copies of the Red Book over to you.
5. Find a used book store that has the 2003 version and change the second 0 to a 1.
