Hello, for my first post I have a 1996 toonie with what I think is a misaligned ring hole on a german planchet.

As shown here http://www.coinscan.com/err/prefab.html It also has a few tool marks on it

Would like to know if I was correct, and hope the scans worked well, Cheers.

Nice one. I have one I am possibly selling Sunday that looks similar. I will let you know what it sells for when it does.

Your coin may fit the description misaligned core strike.
