It's a bit difficult to tell from the pictures, I'm guessing this is a scanned coin? Regardless, I'll assume the luster is there and the washed up look are results from the scanner. I'll take a shot in the dark here, as it appears MS, I'll go MS-63 with this one, but clearer pictures would certainly help.

You are exactly right, this is a scanned image, and I'm not that great with scanners. Let's close this topic and allow me to rescan with more definition/detail and I'll re-post, if that's ok. In any case, thanks for the reply.
